PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The E-Commerce product allows organizations to accept online credit card payments in the WebPAC for fees and fines displayed in the patron record display as well as for donations.
VERSION INFO/HISTORY
We began the implementation process in January of 2013. Actually activation of product and ability to collect fines didn't start til December of 2014, nearly 2 years after the purchase. The hold up appears to have been the controller's office then as well. It was dormant for 14 months and then Sue Crane announced she was stepping down, which added more of a delay to the release of the product.
