- Responded to ICE, the email that was sent to Tim, to confirm the settings they had for us were correct and to add our eventual new WAM IP.

- Reached out to the Bridgeman Art support team via direct email to let them know we filled out a contact form last week and still haven't heard back.
- Sent Kanopy information on our tests and errors when trying to access the resource via EZproxy and encountering the Innovative Server login page.
- Followed back up with Ulrich (ExLibris Group) to see if they have added our Proxy information yet.
- UpToDate, made good progress here. I have received the information from Wolters, the Stanza and the access link from Traci and Andy. Entered in that information in the OCLC ticket, which support on that side has been waiting on to get UTD setup in our system.
03.25.22, 11:45AM - Matt B confirmed that RIA works off campus with the new EZproxy stanza;
03.24.22, 3:00PM - Library Music Source is now working on and off campus after OCLC added the Stanza in.
03.24.22, 10:00AM - Global Road Warrior and AtoZ Maps are both confirmed good to go between Beth and I. Add SciFinder scholar to the fix list as well.
03.23.22, 4:45PM - Sent email to World Trade Press to clarify that they have our EZproxy IP address and if not to add it. It's working with WAM, it's in our EZproxy Stanza list but it doesn't work on campus or off with EZproxy; signaling that it may be a vendor issue.
03.23.22, 4:00PM - Accessible Archives is resolved!
03.23.22, 12:00PM - Online Journals button underneath the search box on the front of the Library Website has been changed to the proper EZproxy stanza, replacing our WAM formatted link.
03.23.22, 11:00AM - As of 11AM Wednesday, all but 3 of the database on this list are now working. UpToDate, RIA and Library Music Source are not on the list yet and obviously as a result, not working. Going to add this to the ticket.
03.22.22, 4:00PM - Beth tested and stated that WestLaw was now working.
03.21.22, 5:00PM - At this point, waiting to hear back on our Ticket from OCLC, once we have word or hopefully direction from them, we can begin to dig deeper into the databases that aren't working!
03.21.22, 1:00PM - In regards to the ticket we opened last week to general Ebsco issues, OCLC has said our EZproxy setup is configured to work with Ebsco and has all the necessary Stanzas and settings in pace for Ebsco itself.

03.21.22 - It looks like this may be an issue on the Ulrich Side, they are requesting further information from us. Followed back up with Ulrich support to make sure they get our Proxy IP added ASAP!

(Works as of 3.23) WestLawNext - doesn't recognize the user as authorized to use the resource (it's going to a WestLaw sign in page, but the user shouldn't see this). (No) UpToDate - we are getting proxy errors with off campus.
03.21.22 - For this one, we were waiting to flip the switch since it would not work with EZp or WAM, it will only work with one or the other. Contacted Traci at support to request immediate switch from our WAM IP proxy to our new EZp Proxy ip.
03.21.22/4:25PM - For this one, Traci said our IP was already in the system, even though they initially said they couldn't add it until we were ready to delete the old (WAM) proxy ip. Like the rest, we'll wait for word from OCLC on the status of the each of these 12 resources.
03.24.22/1:00PM - OCLC said they needed the link/stanza information from Wolters in order to add the correct info to our EZproxy setup. Emailed UTD support to get that info just now!

Hi Matt -- thank you. Ulrich's should have the proxy server IP in theory because they are owned by ExLibris / ProQuest, but as we've found out in the past, they may not.
