October 11th, 2018 - Attempted Prep Phase but was stopped short with message stating that we were scheduled for migration, which prevented me from moving any further. Contacted III Support and our Migration contact.
October 12th, 2018 - Heard back from Cheryl (Our Migration Expert) that the block was removed. I made decision to retry upgrade on Sunday morning before open.
October 14th, 2018 - Performed upgrade at around 10AM, completed around 11:30AM but system did not restart on it's own. Put in a ticket to III to have them restart server remotely. System came back up online a few minutes shy of noon. Verified Upgrade completed successfully and put through its paces.
