- Completed last module in our Cyber Security Training
- Replaced Toners in Workroom Printer
- Opened ticket to see if the WorldCat URL Change will have any affect on our Tipasa setup when it happens later this year. Confirmed on June 2nd from multiple sources at OCLC, that this will not affect our Tipasa links or setup. Can refer to OCLC ticket for more details.
- Created reference Page in ZenDesk for Updated IPs and sent to stakeholders, will update here when I do monthly and quarterly checks - https://svsulibrary.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/6705683425556
- Had possible Access Hack with Newsbank, verified with vendor our IP Range, they updated and as it was, the IP source in questions, was not ours!
- Worked with Innovative to figure out why we couldn't use the Sierra Desktop Client. Did troubleshooting on the local end and with my outside network connection but after Innovative said it was not an issue, it started to work.
- Working with Ebsco to get the Widget working. After numerous emails, we have the widget code and it displays properly but when you do a search it stops us at the door because of authentication not working. On June 2nd, have final code in place and it seems to work, having Heather and Tina test.
