Week July 6th - 9th

Short Week with being closed on Monday and off Wednesday!

• Worked up graphic for the Library Home Page to showcase our new hours
• Turned in my recommendation for a separation of setup and maintenance for EZproxy
• Helped Marlene (with Scott) figure out why here contact links were broken on her LibGuides
• Reached out to Larry and John LaPrad to get the IT requirements part of EZproxy, rolling and checked off.  I revived a thread we had back from August of 2019, which was when we had fulfilled the requirements of the Cloud Vendor Hosting form.  Larry is on Vacation this week and haven't heard back from John yet.
• Talked with Scott about the new website template migration.  This is going to take place, live, on August 16th but the week before I will post something to the website, broadcasting what will happen the following Monday.  Prior to that, will send out communication to staff, letting them know of the official switch-over.
